Descend
On our journey back from the pillar of rocks overlooking the canyon, the sun started abruptly descending past the horizon. With only a few minutes of daylight left, our party quickly scampered down the rock face, gaining a few scrapes and bruises along the way. To be honest, I actually quite enjoyed the thrill of sliding down on all fours while racing against time.
